I recently started working from home, and I couldn’t be happier. Having a five second commute to my office is pretty incredible, and working in my pajamas has definitely grown on me. That being said…it is a little lonely. I miss having my coworkers to talk to, and I am fairly certain my dog is getting tired of being called into my office every five minutes just so I can have some companionship. Not wanting to throw in the towel and go back to the office, I decided to start working part of the time in public. I work at a coffee shop, or in the park, or over lunch at a restaurant. That way I can still accomplish my work, and I don’t have to dry clean my suits…but I can still engage in a little human interaction. It’s kind of incredible really, that I have the freedom to do this. After seeing a commercial, I did a search for Richmond 4g and realized I could sign up for internet that I could just take with me wherever I go. I am no longer chained to my desk in solitude! It’s been pretty life changing. And the best part? It’s so much faster than my old home internet. I don’t know if I could go back to the office at this point.
